The TOTO AQUIA® IV - WASHLET®+ series provides TOTO's most advanced S500e WASHLET® bidet toilet seat paired with its beautiful AQUIA®IV toilet. Unlike most bidet toilet seat and toilet combinations, the AQUIA®IV WASHLET+® series is designed so that all hoses and connections are concealed. No need to stress about whether the WASHLET will fit your toilet. You get a perfect WASHLET fit and a beautiful modern skirted toilet that offers clean lines, minimal flourishes and geometric precision. This style is elegant and smooth, concealing the trapway, and features a base that is easy to clean and maintain.
What sets TOTO apart from all other brands is their ewater+® technology. By electrolysing the water and using the Premist™ feature, which sprays the bowl with water before each use, the TOTO AQUIA® IV - WASHLET®+ S500e leaves no build-up and the toilet bowl stays much cleaner. This eliminates the need for harsh cleaning chemicals, that are harmful to us and the environment when they are introduced into our water systems. TOTO's ewater+® is completely safe yet powerful. TOTO's ewater+® and Premist™ are truly ground-breaking when it comes to bidet advancements.
The remote is dual-sided and touch sensitive. It is intuitive and comes with a wall-mount. The aerated stream from the nozzle can be adjusted to be soft or strong, depending on your preference.
The TOTO® WASHLET® S500e uses an on-demand tankless water heating system so that there is always plenty of warm water. The TOTO® WASHLET® S500e has a dryer that is very effective compared to most others on the market.
TOTO’s extraordinarily smooth CEFIONTECT® glaze prevents particulates from adhering to porous, ceramic surfaces. The ion-barrier in CEFIONTECT keeps everything cleaner, longer. Less cleaning means fewer chemicals in the environment and less water and energy used for cleaning.
The DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH® features two powerful nozzles that create a centrifugal, cyclonic rinsing action which reduces waste buildup, reaches every spot on the toilet bowl and keeps the bowl cleaner. DYNAMAX TORNADO FLUSH® makes it possible to evacuate and clean with a single flush despite using a lower volume of water. This high-efficiency system is more effective in one flush than most toilets are with multiple flushes. The modern hole-free rim design means that it performs more consistently and is easy to clean.
This model features TOTO's NEW AQUIA®IV bowl shape. This new bowl is larger and provides a better flush than previous Aquia®IV models.
The difference between the this S500e model and the S550e model is that the S550e version has a sensor that will auto open as you approach and will auto close when you walk away. Also the S550e has a night light, while the S500e does not. Both the S500e version and the S550e version have options with and without Auto-Flush.

The TOTO AQUIA® IV - WASHLET®+ S500E Two-Piece Toilet requires electricity.
For electric bidet toilets models where there is not an outlet nearby, a licensed electrician should be used to install one.
We recommend a dedicated 20amp GFI circuit be used, and local codes followed. Periodic maintenance and inspection of the unit is required.
Hoses and all connections should be checked frequently.
This unit must be protected from freezing, and if not used for extended periods, it should be disconnected. Please contact us with any specific questions you may have.
