    Amazing customer service

    This item is fantastic and was exactly what I needed. My original bidet did not come with a filter, and when I called the manufacturer, BioBidet, they were unable to help after 2 calls and an e-mail. However, Astrid at Clear Moon Bidets went above and beyond and found out exactly what I needed! This was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time!
